1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our websites located at umbrellatechnologies.in, umbrella-technologies.com, and any associated subdomains, products, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Services immediately.

2. SaaS Subscription and Usage

We offer subscription plans for our SaaS platforms including Construktly, Hotel Booking System, and WhatsApp Marketing Suite (WMS). Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis. You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized team members adhere to these Terms.

3. API Usage and Meta Services

For services connecting to Meta Cloud API (e.g. WhatsApp Marketing Suite), you must follow all rules and billing frameworks set by Meta Platforms, Inc. Umbrella Technologies does not mark up message costs, which are paid directly to Meta. Any violation of Meta policies may result in immediate suspension of your workspace.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API tokens. Any actions performed using your account security vectors will be deemed your sole responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

Umbrella Technologies provides the Services "as is". In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems.
